Aldoriababy.com sells children's and baby products online to private individuals in Sweden.

Placing an order with Aldoriababy.com means that the customer accepts our terms of sale. All prices on Aldoriababy.com are inclusive of VAT. To be able to shop with us at Aldoriababy.com, you need to be at least 18 years old. The products we sell contain a Swedish manual or instruction manual when the products require this. Aldoriababy.com reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time.

Order

After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided. It is therefore important that you ensure that you have entered a correct e-mail address in order to receive delivery information, delays, etc. If an ordered item is delayed or missing, you can contact us for further information and get help with any partial delivery or exchange of goods for another.

A shipping cost of SEK 59 will be added for domestic shipments and sent by registered mail.

Terms of payment

Aldoriababy.com has handed over the entire payment process to Klarna and your purchase is therefore forwarded to a secure payment page managed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. When you check out at the checkout, you can do this with the following means of payment, invoice, instalment, direct payment or card payment. More about the options can be found below.

Card payment

You can choose to pay securely with the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express. At checkout, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to process your card purchase.

Payment with Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at the checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to customise them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.

Invoice payment via Klarna can be made with a 30-day payment period. No invoice fee will be added. You will receive your invoice via email when the order is sent from our warehouse. To be able to take advantage of invoice payment, your order needs to be sent to your registered address and you need to provide correct and complete personal information.

In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and penalty interest will be added according to Klarna's terms and conditions. If payment is not made at all, the case will be handed over to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria, which will lead to collection fees and further additional costs for non-payment.

Klarna Direct Payment is easily done at checkout with your mobile Bank ID. The money will be debited from your account 1-2 days after we dispatch your ordered goods. To activate the service, you need to log in to Klarna and register an account.

Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation

At Aldoriababy.com, shipping costs £59, provided that the goods can be sent as a registered letter.

Delivery time

After the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping company, which must deliver your order within the specified time. Estimated delivery time is sent after your order has been placed. The delivery time may vary depending on the day of delivery in your postal district.

Delivery address and customer details

You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the personal and delivery information provided is correct. If you as a customer have provided incorrect delivery information when paying, Aldoriababy.com is not responsible for any costs incurred when changing the delivery address. You as a customer will be charged additional costs for changes of name or delivery address. The customer is always responsible for providing correct delivery information when ordering. Providing incorrect address and customer information will result in your delivery not being notified by the shipping company and this will result in the package being returned to Aldoriababy.com and you as a customer will be charged this cost.

Transport damage

If your goods are damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. If your goods have transport damage on receipt, you need to report this to us immediately. This is so that we can complain about the transport damage to our carrier within 1-3 days after delivery. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage. Therefore, it is important that you as a customer unpack and check that your ordered products are faultless as soon as possible after they have been delivered to you as a customer. In case of visible transport damage, you can report this directly to the driver or agent upon receipt.

Delay in delivery

You have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost if your delivery cannot be delivered within the agreed time.

Uncollected parcel or triggered order

We reserve the right to charge you as a customer the costs of the handling that arises in the event that you have not collected your parcel on time (handling fees, return shipping and other handling costs that may apply). For this reason, we will charge a fee of 299 SEK per parcel that has not been collected. The parcel stays with the agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. The day the parcel reaches the agent is considered a first day regardless of the time of day.

Right of cancellation 

As a customer, you always have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the delivery by you or your authorised representative under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been broken and therefore cannot be returned or refunded for health or hygiene reasons. Not sure what applies to your order? Please contact customer service before breaking the packaging.

Open purchase & Product guarantee

30 days open purchase for unopened packaging

When you as a customer have shopped at Aldoriababy.com, you have the right to return an unopened product within 30 days and get the product cost back. Open purchase only applies provided that the product is unopened and the packaging is undamaged. In cases where the product has no outer packaging, all markings, stickers and labels must remain for the return to be valid. In cases where the products are delivered with a seal, this must be intact and unbroken for a valid return to be authorised.

Return management

To return a product, you as a customer need to contact our customer service via email, info@aldoriababy.com. When contacting us, please state your order number and which items you want to return. After we have received your email, we will contact you and send you a return label that you need to print and stick on the package. After we have received your parcel and checked and approved the return, a refund will be made to you through Klarna with deduction of the return cost for shipping.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping for open purchase is paid by the customer.

Change of product

If you want to exchange the product for another, you should return the existing product according to the instructions under "Return handling" and place a new order for the product you want. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive your money back less the agreed shipping cost. If you have used a discount code, quantity discount or similar when making your purchase, you will need to contact customer service to receive a refund so that you can place a new order.

 

Complaints

When you buy from Aldoriababy.com, you always have a 1-year warranty on all your products and a 3-year right of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects are defects that have occurred during manufacture and which distinguish the product from a similar product without manufacturing defects. When it comes to sun-bleached products, discoloured products or holes before washing, these can only be complained about within a reasonable time from the time the product was delivered.

In the event of a complaint, you must contact info@aldoriababy.com with a detailed description of the error and a picture or film to prove the error described.

The right of complaint does not apply to defects or complaints arising from wear and tear or lack of maintenance and service.

The right of complaint does not apply if you as a customer have caused the damage yourself or failed to notify Aldoriababy.com in such time that we could remedy the error. In the absence of goods on delivery, a complaint must be made within 5 days of receiving the delivery.

If your complaint is approved by us, Aldoriababy.com is responsible for all return costs when you return the item.

In cases where a product defect needs further investigation to determine whether the defect is a manufacturing defect or not, we will contact you as a customer. We may need to have the product returned to us for further inspection. If we can establish that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will rectify this at no cost to the customer. A replacement product will then be sent to the customer's order address unless otherwise agreed. If a manufacturing defect cannot be demonstrated, you as a customer will receive the item in return and pay the shipping cost in connection with this.

If you have received a return note and shipping documents via customer service, these are valid for 30 days. As a customer, you will receive the shipping documents digitally via e-mail. If the shipping document has time to expire before you have had time to post the parcel, Leksaker.se will no longer take care of the costs of return shipping and you as a customer will then need to book and pay for the return shipping with any freight forwarder.

 

Dispute

Any complaints or comments regarding the products and services provided by Aldoriababy.com should be communicated to our customer service team by email to info@aldoriababy.com immediately.

In the event of a dispute, you as a customer can contact your local consumer counsellor or the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) via https://www.arn.se/konsument/, 08-508 860 00 or arn@arn.se We always follow ARN's recommendations.

Customers also have the option of taking their complaint to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which offers consumers in the EU the possibility to resolve disputes about complaints related to products purchased online without going to court. Promotional prices & Offers

Any promotional prices and offers are only valid for purchases made during the period of the promotion or offer. A promotional price or offer cannot be combined with other discount codes or other offers.

 

Personal data

In connection with your order or account registration, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations in order to fulfil and provide the service you can expect from us. All personal data processing is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Information that you provide about you in connection with purchase or registration is used by Aldoriababy.com and our partners for payment and delivery. Aldoriababy.com reserves the right to cancel an order or purchase order in cases where it contains incorrect personal data or where the customer has a payment default.

 

Force majeure

If our fulfilment of our obligations under these terms and conditions or agreements entered into is significantly impeded or prevented due to circumstances beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have foreseen, this shall release us from the fulfilment of our obligations, as well as damages and other penalties (so-called force majeure). Such unforeseeable events may include war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labour market, decisions by public authorities, non-delivery by subcontractors, and other costly circumstances and events beyond our control.
